From the moment I walked into the Halifax Tower Hotel & Conference Centre, Ascend Hotel Collection, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional customer service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide all the comfort you need for a great night's sleep. I loved the heated pool and the option of relaxing in the hot tub. The free breakfast on the top floor with a beautiful view was absolutely amazing. The restaurant offers delicious seafood dishes, but there are plenty of options for those who prefer something without seafood. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perhaps some more signage directing guests to the check-in lobby and clearly labeled elevators would have been helpful.

The property is beautifully designed and truly exceptional. the staff is very pleasant. the deluxe queen room is bright with panoramic views. It was nice to have a safe, a work desk, and a TV set in the room. Would recommend it and would absolutely stay here again.
